Yvora reserves the right to amend interim rates, you get it 30 days prior notice.
In the case of default or breach of contract Yvora has the right services off without compensation.
The products and services of Yvora may only be used for legal purposes. Yvora takes no responsibility for the information posted by customers on their website, in email traffic or other means. Customer will not use the services in connection with sending unsolicited commercial e-mail (spam). Customer will not upload material to virtual servers on different rights. The content and scope of the material on (virtual) servers can in no way be pornographic, calls to violence, discriminatory or illegal, in order to assess by Yvora.
Customer hereby states Yvora as not responsible for any claims arising from activities of the Customer and undertakes. Yvora will immediately be informed if client receives any claims arising from activities of the Customer on the Internet. This responsibility not lapse after the termination of this Agreement.
Yvora is committed to providing the best possible systems available to technical and other disruptions to a minimum. Customer hereby states Yvora not responsible for any loss of service and / or loss of revenues due to technical and / or other malfunctions.
The use of scripts and other program structures on the servers of Yvora is allowed as long as the operation of the service is not at risk. The client will be informed by Yvora of any measures.
Extra costs due to over use of the service are calculated on the next invoice.
Client, this agreement with Yvora for at least 1 months with a written notice of at least 2 weeks. Without written notification, this Agreement shall be tacitly renewed.
To install the service is undertaken after agreement of this Agreement and receipt of payment.
Adjustments to the automatically generated documentation in any manner whatsoever without written confirmation by the Executive Board of Yvora as invalid.
These conditions will the letter of the Dutch law interpretations. Should one or more points in this agreement is not valid before the law, happy than the other points subject to valid.
